Select a single time slot for several services

When you book an appointment with several services, you currently have to select the date and time twice. If the customer selects two services directly, the time slots should be automatically proposed according to the duration of the two services.

Votes up, selecting of date and time should be done after user has selected all the different services.
User SHOULD be able to:
Select services A -> Add service B -> Add service C -> select date time.
Instead of:
Select service A -> select date time -> Select service B -> select date time -> Select service C -> select date time.
