select 3 services at one time

i have about 5 services:

1. russian manicure ( duration 40 mins )
2. russian maicure gel ( duration 60 mins )
3. nail tip extension ( duration 40 mins )
4. polygel extension ( duration 60 mins )
5. nail art ( duration 90 mins )

1.within this condition, i have tried your plugin, that one customer can not select 2 or more services, i need plugin when 1 customer can select 2 or more services, and time slot automatically set depend on the available time slots.

2. i need payment with bank transfer.
