Custom *Time required before booking*

Each service has this option: Minimum time required before booking

The settings for that option are hardcoded and not extendable though. We would like it to be more flexiable, possibly through WordPress' action/filter hooks (see also this feature request).

For example; we want our limit to be set to 22:00 (10PM) every day, not "12 hours/days before".
This would give us ample time to prepare everything for a 09:00 (9AM) reservation but also the 13:00 (1PM) reservations.
When it is set to "12h before" clients would be able to do a reservation for 13:00 even after midnight. But setting it to "1 day before) then the clients could not do a reservation the day before and we'd loose (potential) clients.
