Use BookingPress for Table Reservations

Would it be possible to implement some features that would allow BookingPress to be used for booking tables in a bar/restaurant?
It would need the ability to select a service that lasts 90 minutes, select a time for that service (with say, 30 minute interval options) with a maximum number of reservations during any 90 minute period.
Taking a look at the ReDi Restaurant Reservation plugin for WordPress, they offer some options that would seem to allow the above possibility: https://imgur.com/a/QDXvp00
