Similar to holidays, but these are times that only take up part of a day, when a person is busy and cannot do any appointment. During those specific hours on the specified days, appointments cannot be booked. This would be super useful for staff members to note when they are busy with something else, such as a doctors appointment, going to a concert, etc. (although most people probably wouldn't specify what this is for personal/privacy reasons). Holidays take up an entire day, but some people want to note that they are not availible for appoitnments for only certain hours within certain days. This would also be different than breaks, as they wouldn't apply to the same day of the week throughout the year, but rather only certain hours on specific days within a month.
