i have 2 clinics & different staff names but i cant do the followings:
cant manually book for the same time slot most of the time if one clinics has booking on that time. thats annoying.
cant turn off a time slot for one clinic if i have to close or take a break from one clinic.
my clients are always calling me to book manually as they cant book online randomly basis. this is where waste of money to book clients while i have booking system. it is embarrassment for me & extra work during treatment sessions.
may be there is something wrong with the setup or system is not capable i never had this issue with any other online app.
** if the BP team is reading this then contact me on my given number email & we can talk about it or this is my last month i am tired & sick of booking online for my clients. may be we can go into some detailed settings & found some issues or toggles turned off.
