Timezones are not accounted for in the My Bookings area -> please fix this bug

My customers live in various time zones and book appointments via the BookingPress Plugin on my website. During the booking process, the time zone is adjusted automatically which is a great feature of BookingPress!

However, when customers login and go to the "My Bookings" section, their appointments are shown in the server time zone and not in their time zone anymore.

I suggest there be a field "appointment in customer time zone" and that the server time zone can be shown in parallel and optionally disabled to increase customer experience.

Also, for the rescheduling function via the "My Bookings" section, customer time zone needs to be accounted for, so that customers see the time slots in their respective time zone.

Please fix this bug soon!
