Time Selection for Holidays

Hi there,

Currently, the plugin only allows full dates to be selected when setting holidays. I’d like to suggest adding the ability to select specific times for holidays.

For example, instead of marking an entire day as unavailable, it would be helpful to block specific time slots (e.g., unavailable from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM while keeping the rest of the day bookable).

This feature would provide more flexibility for managing availability and improve usability for businesses with partial-day closures.

I hope this suggestion is helpful and can be considered for future updates!
