The custom fields should be included in export.

the custom fields when they are created for customer to fill out means they are important. while exporting the data of appointments those custom fields are not included in the csv file which i would consider a major flaw and bug because to add them as custom in the first place meant they were important i should have the option to export them along the other fields.
