Taxes depending on the country of the client

Hi there, this is helpfull of those who offer video calls. Taxes depend on the location of the client, so for the complience, must match.
I am from Spain and I need to applied the IVA (21%) for the spanish people, but for who live outside the EU (in my case 80% of the audience), the taxes will be 0%. Currectly I can only applied to all or avoid to all, but I need to adapt it.
The plugin already know the country of the client because of the IP or the phone numer extension, so the rules could be applied with that info.
