Starting minute for locations, staff and services

We are using working hours in services, locations and staff, to be able to set the starting times of the slots at :30 (minute 30 of each hour), while other items start working at :00.

A setting to choose a "starting minute" for the bookable items would be a solution for this, not needing to use the working hours only to set the initial slot of the location, staff or service at 9:30 and subsequently 10:30, 11:30, 12:30 and so on...
