Set different prices for extras based on days

I am wondering if it is feasible to offer variable pricing for extras on specific days, like a happy hour add-on. The current Happy Hours addon only alters the service price and not the extras. I would like to modify the extras' pricing based on certain days of the week or just the extras alone.
