Service package order option is lacking in the regular booking form

While there is a separate form by the shortcode [bookingpress_package_form] to make use of the Service Package Addon, I want to include the package deal options also in the regular appointment booking form (shortcode [bookingpress_form]) that my customers are regularly using.

Please make it possible to also purchase a package deal from the regular appointment booking form so that customers do not have to visit two different forms in order to know their options.

This could be implemented as a category in parallel to the service categories in the first view of the booking form.

Also, it would be great if customers can choose to, after selecting the appointment they want to make, purchase a package deal to save on the first appointment already when they check out.
