Scheduled notifications in minutes

I need to send a scheduled notification to my clients 15 minutes before the appointment and a follow up notification immediately after. You only offer 'hours' before and 'hours' after. Please add 'minutes' to the scheduled notifications for 'before' and 'after' the appointment.
