Request to add sequential count of hours

We need variable pricing for happy hours.

For example, let's say if pricing from 1 PM to 4Pm is $35 and from 4Pm to 8PM it is $45, then if somebody books at 3pm - 5pm which is 2 hours, then the pricing should be $80 which is $35 + $45
