Request: Staff Earnings Reports, Commission Settings, and Payment Options

I’m writing to suggest a few enhancements to the current bookingpress application that would greatly improve our operations and staff management.

Staff Earnings Reports:
It would be highly beneficial to have a feature that allows us to generate detailed reports on how much revenue each staff member has generated over a specific period. This would enhance our ability to track individual performance and make informed financial decisions.

Commission Settings:
An option to set a commission percentage directly within the application would be extremely useful. This feature should allow us to automatically calculate and deduct the commission from each staff member's earnings, streamlining the financial management process.

Staff Withdrawal Requests:
It would be advantageous to provide staff members with the ability to request withdrawals of their earnings directly through the app. This feature could include options for approval and processing by management, ensuring a smooth and transparent payment process.

Automated Payment Scheduling:
Introducing an option to set up automated payments on a weekly or monthly basis based on the staff’s earnings, with or without commission deductions, would be a significant improvement. This feature would help ensure timely and accurate payments, reducing the administrative burden and improving staff satisfaction.

These enhancements would significantly improve the functionality of the application and better support our staff management and financial processes. I believe implementing these features would add substantial value to the platform.
