recurring bookings bugs

There are a few things not going well with the new recurring bookings feature (which is an awesome ad-on).

• the cart is gone when somebody chooses to book recurring bookings
• the date and time selection is strange, you can select a time and then both the original date as well as recurring dates are all red, why offer that time slot to begin with
• I would like to set this to, for instance, standard 2 re-accurances, not have the customer choose. So if you buy this service, standard you get two appointments
