prepaid credit feature

I would like to suggest adding a prepaid credit feature that can be used to offset all or specific services. Depending on the amount of prepaid credit, there could be additional bonus credit. For example, if a customer pre-pays 200, they would receive an extra 20, so their account would have a total of 220 in credit.
