Possibility to make "all" the standard categotry chosen by default

At the moment there is just the possibility to tell the app which category is the first one in the list. That category is then chosen by default by the app. As there are not all the services or whatever you put into the app belong to that one category people don't see all the services (or whatever) at once automatically.

Before they know what to choose, they always come to us and ask where the rest is.
Maybe it would be a great option to make the standard category "all" the chosen and viewed category by default.

But all in all the app is a wonderful tool for making appointments easily the automatic way without too much communication and maybe waste of time. This is very great, helpful and efficient!
