I manually created some appointments, because they were registered by phone. I marked them in the system as paid, with the note (paid by admin). Then, I set them to 'Pending', but they are still not shown as 'not paid', e.g. in the invoice addon. The customer looks at the invoice and it says fully paid. This is absolutely infuriating! The system should accurately reflect the status of payments, not mislead customers into thinking they've paid when they haven't. It's causing unnecessary confusion and making us look incompetent. This needs to be fixed immediately!
