Package booking form lacks coupon input field and local payment option

I want to implement the Service Package Addon for my customers. However, I miss the coupon input field in the package order form so that my customers can get coupon discounts on package deals.

Also, I do miss the local payment option in the package deal checkout form.

Please fix these bugs and make the addon actually work seamlessly with BookingPress.
