I would like to request an additional feature that would benefit many BookingPress users in Japan. BookingPress currently supports multiple languages, but a complete and official Japanese language library would greatly improve usability for Japanese customers and salon owners.
Provide a Japanese language translation package (front-end + admin panel)
Include all strings used in:
Booking form UI
Notifications & email templates
Admin dashboard settings
Calendar & appointment labels
Error messages, button text, and form fields
Ideally offered inside BookingPress or as a downloadable language pack
BookingPress is a strong appointment system, and Japanese businesses would adopt it more confidently if:
Clients see a fully translated booking interface
Staff can manage reservations in their native language
No need for manual translation of hundreds of strings
Eliminates translation errors and makes onboarding smoother
Japan has a large market for salons, clinics, and appointment-based services. A complete Japanese language library would make BookingPress more accessible and competitive here.
Faster setup for Japanese users
Improved user experience for non-English speakers
More suitable for WordPress sites targeting Japanese clients
Increased adoption and sales in the Japanese market
