No way to make another payment after deletion

If I delete a payment that is associated with a booking, there is no way to create another payment for that booking.

This means that the booking is orphaned with a payment value of zero. I can print an invoice, but how does this then get paid?

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Make a new appointment and mark it as paid.
  2. Go to Payments
  3. Delete the payment for the booking
  4. Go to Appointments, the booking still exists but now 0.00 appears in the Payments column.

I cannot request another payment from the customer either.

There should be a way to create or add a new payment and associate it with an existing booking.
