Nextcloud Calendar and Nextcloud Talk Integration

As an online coach I have been searching for a solution to provide my clients with the best online experience while having a very easy workflow for myself. I found Nextcloud to be a self-hosted soloution that can be integrated nicely with my workflow as it offers all the basic necassities I need like calendar, e-mail and videocalling.

It would be great to have Nextcloud fully integrated with BookingPress and give my clients the option to book an appointment with me and receive a link for the booked appointment with Nextcloud Talk. This way it takes away the hassle of needing to create the links to the videocalls myself and needing to send extra e-mails to give this link to my clients. When it is also integrated into Nextcloud calendar it will benefit the overall workflow imensally.

Nextcloud is a better options compared to Zoom and Google Meet as it has the benefit that it is self-hosted and highly reliable in security and privacy. It also has high video streaming quality. Nextcloud Talk offers great possibilitis for online workshops/webinars/groep therapy sessions and even comes with an app that allows clients to connect with you on the go through their mobile phone.

The workflow I have in mind:

1. clients books & pays for appointment;
2. an appointment is created in Nextcloud calendar and a Nextcloud Talk link is created;
3. The link to the meeting is added to the conformation e-mail;

Must have's:

• when an appointment is resceduled this should be reflected in the Nextcloud Calendar;
• when an appointment is cancelled the appointment should be taken out of calander and the meetinglink deleted
• when it is a webinar or groep session the same link should be used to send to all participants

It would be great if this integration request can be upvoted to make it happen. Nextcloud integrations would definitly allow for a bigger client base as BookingPress would be a unique bridge to use Nextcloud eyond its already wonderful options.
