Native Platform-Wide Accessibility (WCAG) & Senior-Friendly UX

The current client-facing interface—from the initial booking flow to the reschedule and cancellation process—needs to be evaluated and natively updated to meet core WCAG accessibility standards.

While third-party accessibility plugins are helpful for surface visuals, they cannot fix underlying structural issues. The core navigation flow, hard-coded email formatting limitations, and complex UI steps present significant barriers for older adults and users with disabilities. For businesses serving seniors or healthcare clients, accessibility is not just a preference, it is a strict requirement.

Administrators need native backend configuration options to build a flow of absolute simplicity: semantic HTML for screen readers, high contrast settings, clear typography, distraction-free scheduling, and a much more intuitive reschedule/cancel workflow that doesn't overwhelm users who have additional support needs.
