Currently, clients are sent to MailChimp only when they book through the frontend. However, if appointments are created from the backend, this does not trigger the MailChimp process to send the client data.
I believe this would not require much effort to implement and could significantly improve the quality and completeness of the contacts in MailChimp, as the current setup feels somewhat incomplete.
