Currently, there is no option to define or select the location for each service offered. To provide a more flexible and user-friendly booking experience, it should be possible to configure available locations individually per service (e.g., Online, At my office, At the client’s location, By phone).
Additionally, during the booking process, the client should be able to choose the desired location themselves. For appointments taking place at the client’s location, the system should automatically calculate and add applicable travel costs based on predefined parameters (e.g., distance, time, fixed rate).
This feature would enhance clarity for clients, improve service logistics, and ensure fair and transparent pricing.
