Limit the calendar views to the opening times

The week and day admin calendar view displays times from 00:00 to 00:00, but our salon doesn't open until 09:00 and closes at 18:00.
The full display is very restrictive and you always have to scroll down.
How can we limit the times displayed to the opening times?
