I want to be able to set a lead time for different appointments.
If I need to order stock in prep for an appointment, I need to allow differing amounts of time, so I wont to be able to add this to my calendar availability.
So X appointment must be +2 days, but Y appointment must be +5 days and Z appointment can be +2 hours for instance
