Language field in customer profile

You are relying on the language the customer chosed in the frontend when booking a session to send notifications.
I have a lot of clients that ask me to book on their behalf in the backend (where I have everything in English). Therefore then I am the one booking they receive everything in my chosen language not theirs.

Can you please add a language field to customer profile and use that to send notification?
