Keypad does not open on client name field while adding new appointment (iPad)

I can book appointments on iPad, but choosing an existing customer is painful cause I cannot write in the customer field. My trick is to right the client name in the internal note field, then copy it and paste it in the customer field, and even that is hard cause it does not paste the value at first time. This happens in iPad. See the image attached. The cursor is blinking in the field and the keyboard did not opened.
