Independent Contractor Individual Payouts - each staff member to have their own individual payout section that they can manage within their own user settings. This is a requirement before I can use this plugin.

Example: Tattoo Studio has independent contractors for employees that pay a set booth rent, they need to be paid directly not the business itself.
