Improve Table Sorting to Apply to All Records, Not Just Visible Page

Currently, sorting in the Appointments admin view only affects the currently visible records (based on pagination), making the feature nearly unusable for larger datasets. Users expect sorting to apply across the entire dataset, not just the visible subset. Please consider implementing full dataset sorting for better usability in admin workflows.
