Hide the location step (like it is possible for the Staff Member step)

By properly configuring the shit management in BookingPress, we are able to select specific days for a location. In my case, I have 2 location, with different dedicated days for each location. There is then no need to have this step in the frontend, because your system is capable to determine the proper location regarding the selected timeslot.

In some cases, this step can be usefull. For my customer, it's useless. I'm then asking to add the same functionnality to hide this step, like it is for the Staff Member selection step.
