Durations with non-integer numbers (1.5 hour, etc.)

It would be nice to be able to use non-integer numbers for hours and days.
For example, a 2.5-day service doesn't make sense with 18 hours (it could be over 2 or 3 days, for example), or a 2.5-hour service that ends up being 150 minutes isn't great for the customer.
Or at least have a 10-minute increment for hours and an hour increment for days.
