Display the number of persons in a reservation. Page order summary and staff's calendar

I am writing to bring to your attention a couple of significant issues we are currently facing with our booking system, particularly when dealing with reservations for multiple persons.

First, we have identified a problem concerning our clients' ability to confirm their reservations. Specifically, when a client is booking services for multiple individuals, the system fails to provide a clear summary of the selected services and the number of persons involved in the order summary. If a client does not remember the details of their selection before confirming the reservation, the summary does not provide this crucial information. This lack of transparency can lead to confusion and potentially incorrect bookings, which ultimately affects customer satisfaction and our service efficiency.

Second, from the perspective of our internal team, the current system presents a limitation when reviewing reservations. When viewing the calendar and clicking on a reservation, the staff can only see basic information such as the client's email, name, and phone number. Unfortunately, the number of persons attending the service is not displayed unless the reservation is edited. This additional step of having to edit the reservation to view all details is cumbersome and time-consuming for our team, hindering our ability to manage bookings efficiently.

To enhance both our client’s experience and our operational efficiency, I propose that we update the system to include:

A comprehensive order summary that clearly shows the number of persons and the services selected before the client confirms their reservation.
An update to the calendar view that allows our staff to see all relevant details, including the number of persons attending the service, without needing to edit the reservation.
