One of the key factors that attracted us to BookingPress was the visual appeal of the frontend interface. It is disappointing to find that, on mobile devices - which clients predominantly use - the labels indicating the booking stages are replaced by numbers.
This makes the booking process somewhat unclear and less intuitive for users.
Additionally, the lack of an option in the Customise section to address this issue is frustrating, as the numbers fail to convey meaningful information regarding the booking stages.
Otherwise, the Bookingpress plugin is very impressive.
I hope this can be resolved as it will certainly improve the user experience.
