Create a cc email field

Add a cc email option field. This can be a custom field that we can add to the form if we need to. It should be part of the Form element where we have all of the other options to add fields to the form. Having this options allows an assistant to book a session for her boss, add his email and her email so both of them get confirmations.

I wanted to add this suggestion and commented on other suggestion like your one. "I Hope this can be done. I see that Amelia booking, simply schedule appointments and a few other plugins have this option of second email field.

This is a good idea. Thought it would part of how a booking template is? Rsingh, are you sure they don't have this option? I heard about this app and wanted to see if it is good but this should be part of how they build this plugin one would think.
