Confirm booking after input booking details

Booking an appointment takes 3 steps:
- selecting date and hour
- input contact/booking details
- overview booking + booking confirmation
We would like to make bookingpress a bit slimmer. People not alway see that they need to confirm their booking at step 3. A confirmation at step 2 would be better. Step 3 will just be an overview af what is booked.
