choose START TIME of Custom Service Duration

The user should be able to choose a date, starttime and then decide whether he wants to use the room (eg 1 hour, 2 hours, ... or even all day).
So, if the service/room is bookable from 8am to 6pm:
User#1 for example is able to book a 4-hour slot with a starttime at 10am.
User#2 is able to book from 8am to 10am (2-hour slot).
User#3 books a 2h slot from 4pm to 6pm.
User#4 books a 1h slot from 3pm to 4pm.
User#5 books the last available slot vom 2pm to 3pm (1h slot).
