Choose from list of available appointments with specified number of slots

I have classes at specific times and have a set number of participants. For example I hold one class every other Monday that lasts for 4 hours and have room for 5 students. I need to be able to let a client choose one of 5 available slots and it would then decrease the number of available slots.
