The calendar looks bad when we have multiple bookings at the same time
The mobile version is a complete mess, needs to be improved, the user has difficulties to navigate thru it and see the bookings
This is really needed. The actual calendars is only adapted to "simple" and few staff organization. Having a clear view of a day's available or busy slots for all staff or filtered by staff member in a single calendar is really important for secretary pools.
When are you planning to update it? I am about to pay few thousand euros to get this plugin set up for my business needs. meaning to book appointements every 15 minutes for 6 people per 15 minutes, and my calendar looks impossible to read...
Yes, a daily view showing each service and/or staff as its own column would be very welcome for us to have a clear overview of a day's bookings during our customer assistance and sales.
In my case, staff is very important, because I use staff as "rooms" which are available for hourly rentals in my facility, so having a clear view of a day's available or busy slots for all rooms in a single calendar is really important.
Yeah, I totally agree. It's even worse when you're using a service on your phone that lasts for multiple days. You can't even see how long it's going to last on your phone. As soon as you click on a date, it takes you straight to your personal details. Since most people use their phones to access the internet these days, it's really important that they fix this.
The admin can only view day by day on mobile device, it's really a waste of time to add and consult appointment ...
