a file (in my case a client signature image) which gets uploaded via de file upload field in the booking form, is automatically included at the end of a notification e-mail, (at least at send payment notification).
When using a ampersand symbol the the tinymce text edito, the editor transforms the ampersand to &-amp-; which is normal, but, in some e-mail clients the ampersand stays visible as &-amp-; character reference instead of &.
