We've released an update of the BookingPress Paid (v5.1) and that includes the new shortocde [bookingpress_form_popup]. This shortcode displays the step-by-step Booking wizard in a popup window, providing a smooth and interactive booking experience for your users.

Please ensure that you're using the latest version of the BookingPress Paid plugin.

This gets my vote! Definetley needs a modal popup trigger via CSS class.
Most other (good) booking systems have popup function and it makes the integration much more flexable and the overall feel more modern.
