It would be very helpful if BookingPress allowed booking and identifying appointments through mobile numbers. Since mobile numbers are unique, this would prevent confusion when multiple customers share the same name.
Also, when a team member creates an appointment from the backend, the system does not fetch customer info by mobile number, which makes it difficult to identify the correct customer if names are the same.
