This involves having shortened names for the step services on mobile view, where it shows 01, 02, 03, 04 instead of the full step service names. Clients were mislead, thinking it was the choosing of calendar dates as it doesn't clearly shows that it is a STEP 1 or 1st STEP.

Also I would add to Disabling Clickable Step Indicators on Mobile.
For mobile users, the clickable step (01, 02, 03, 04) it might appear misleading and clients think the have to click to go to the next step.
Some also think the numbers are the number of person.
