Allow Staff Members to book Appointments for colleagues

Unfortunately, staff members are only permitted to view and manage their own appointments and calendar at this time unless they are an admin.

It would be much better if there were "Roles" within BookingPress as opposed to relying on Wordpress Roles.

As such, allowing Roles within BookingPress would give MUCH more flexibility about what can be displayed where and when.

In our example, we are a tight knit team and know eah other schedules. Its highly likely that one of my colleagues will book an appointment for me, but this is limited as being a "Staff Member" means they can only access their own bookings.

I know I can assign them as a Wordpress admin, but them they have access to ALL Wordpress, and I dont want this.
