Advanced Patient Management Features in BookingPress

I am proposing enhancements to the BookingPress plugin to incorporate advanced patient management features. These improvements are aimed at supporting telehealth, coaching, and service providers with more comprehensive client management capabilities.
Core Enhancements Needed:
- Viewing Past Appointments: Ability for both admin and staff to view a clientβs historical appointments on the backend all in one place instead of seeing # of appointments. Ideally when you click on a customer profile there will be links to open up individual booked appointments and quickly read their notes. Or better yet, have a table of customizable columns you want to view such as internal notes.
- Staff Interaction with Appointments: Enable staff members (not just admins) to edit appointments and add internal notes. This facilitates better communication and record-keeping.
- Appointment Notes: Integrate a feature to record and view notes taken during each appointment, accessible to both admin and relevant staff members.
- Document Attachment: Provide functionality to attach documents to appointment records. This is crucial for maintaining comprehensive client files and supporting documentation for services provided.
