Advanced Discount add-on Should Include Extra Cost

I've created discount rules for discounts to be applied when the amount reached the min value.
As I'm using Service Extras, the cost of these extras are not considered by the discount addon when calculating the min value.
I think the discount should be calculated based on the order total instead just the cost from the base services, and ignoring the cost from the Service Extras.
If there's use cases for Service Extras to be ignored, add an option (checbox) to indicate whether to calcuate cost from extras or not.
