Adding a staff URL field that can optionally be included in notifications could have multiple purposes for different organisations.

Some may simply want to link to a staff biography/profile. While others could use it for Personal Meeting ID links (Zoom), Meet now links (MS Teams) or Permanent Meeting Link (Google Meet).
